Angela Di Paola, MSW, BSW, BA  is social worker by trade and a self development coach and consultant in practice.  She has developed coaching programs that help her clients find focus and purpose. Angela is also the author of her upcoming book: That’s Life…Or is it?  Reclaiming time for yourself. A woman’s guide to discovering lasting happiness and fulfillment.  Tired of seeing brilliant, hard working women continuously put themselves last, Angela set out to write a book aimed to help women reclaim their time, their value and ultimately themselves. Her book provides practical tips to overcome common mindset traps and to live with purpose. Professional Orders and Certificates

Angela belongs to the Professional Order of Social Workers in Quebec, Canada.

She is certified as a life coach practitioner through the Certified Coaches Federation.

She also holds a certificate in Cybercounselling issued by the University of Toronto.


Education

From McGill University, Angela has earned a Master’s degree in Social Work. She also has two Bachelors degrees, one with a major in psychology and a minor is sociology. The other Bachelor’s degree is in social work. Continuing education credits include completion of level one cybercounselling from Factor-Inwentash, Faculty of Social Work, University of Toronto. Angela has also participated in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy Training for Mental Health Professionals offered through McGill University Faculty of Medicine-Continuing Health Professional Education. Angela has also participated in a Motivational Interviewing day-long workshop. Angela continues to look for opportunities to develop new skills to improve her practice.
